Who is the Actor's Alliance?
We are a unique organization that has been serving San Diego Actors for over 20 years. Without a doubt "theatre" is a truly collaborative art form -- one that involves a variety of creative artists, all of whom are important to the final product. However, it remains true that there would be no final product without the Actors who bare their souls to tell the story. Unfortunately it is often the Actors who have the smallest voice and feel the least "empowered". That is why it has been our mission to serve, educate and promote the individual theatre artist.

What's New
AASD 3rd Annual MTI & New PAW program
Actors Alliance is thrilled to be offering its third annual Musical Theatre Intensive training program for Middle School and High School students. This program is a three-week intensive training program for students who have a serious desire to pursue future careers in musical theater. Each week our students will spend 30 hours studying and training in all aspects of Musical Theatre with some of the top Teaching Artists in San Diego, and will leave the program with a coached monologue, song, new headshot and resume. Students will also have the opportunity to get feedback from local directors, casting agents and theatre owners in a “Mock Audition” at the end of the program. All students will participate in Acting, Voice and Dance classes daily, as well as in rehearsals for 100 Years of Broadway, that they will perform for families, friends and the public at the end of the program.
In ADDITION to MTI, Actors Alliance is starting a new program for our younger students (age 7-10) called PAW (Performing Arts Workshop). This program is a 2 week training program that follows the same structure as MTI, but focuses more on skill-buliding for the young performer.
