AUDITION NOTICES
Available to be viewed by Members only, AASD is San Diego’s most comprehensive
resource of audition notices for theatre, film, and TV as well as postings for ticket offers, volunteer
opportunities, and arts-related employment

DISCOUNTS ON THEATRE TICKETS AND OTHER SERVICES
AASD Members can receive discounts on theatre tickets and other services provided by acting teachers, voice coaches, photographers, and
many other professionals when they present
their membership card.
MEMBER RATES FOR SPACE RENTAL
AASD has an 881 sq ft space available for rent to Members for $12/hour ($25/hour for the general public). The
room can be used for classes, meetings, private coaching, and
rehearsals and has an upright piano for use by renters.
WEEKLY NEWSLETTER
Emailed exclusively to AASD Members, this newsletter serves as a
central information resource
for what is new on the website (new audition, job, education, and
volunteer opportunities), free or discounted ticket offers, Members in
the news, and
local networking events.
"IN THE SPOTLIGHT"
Emailed weekly to AASD members and San Diego theatres, production companies,
agents and theatre lovers, this marketing tool features the projects in which our members are currently involved.
RESOURCE LIBRARY
AASD maintains a library of over 3500 plays, musicals,
anthologies, biographies, and how-to books in addition to sheet music
and videotapes on the business
available for Members only to check out.
ACCESS TO DANCE PLACE SAN DIEGO'S GREEN ROOM
Located on the first floor, AASD Members are welcome to hang out in the building's comfortable lounge.
