SPACE RESERVATIONS
After you have looked at our on-line Events and Space Rental Calendar (click here) you may reserve available space in one of two ways:
1. Downloading and filling out the Space Rental Contract (Click Here) and mailing it with your payment to: 2650 Truxtun Road, Suite 204, San Diego, CA 92106

with your request and a phone number to pay for space by credit card over the phone.
Requests will be processed on a first come first serve basis. The Events and Space Rental Calendar is posted solely for your convenience. It will be kept as up-to-date as possible; however, requests may have been submitted that do not yet appear on the calendar.
TIME BUFFER
When reserving space, please allow a “15 minute buffer” between the end-time of the previous renter and when you would like to begin. For instance, your start time would be 11:45 am if the previous renter booked the space until 11:30 am.
PAYMENT
Either by check through snail mail or with a credit card over the phone.
CODE TO ENTER THE SPACE
After the space has been reserved and paid for, a confirmation email containing the code to the lock box with the door key located outside of the rehearsal space (Suite 204) will be sent to you. The Renter agrees not to reveal this code to anyone for any purpose at any time. IF YOU ARE A FIRST TIME RENTER AND YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ABOVE-MENTIONED CONFIRMATION EMAIL, YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT THE ALLIANCE FOR THE CODE TO ENTER THE SPACE. THIS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
If a renter cancels any part of his reservation, a full refund will be given ONLY IF AASD is able to reserve the cancelled space through another renter. If AASD is unable to rent the space, a 50% refund will be issued.
CHANGING SPACE REQUESTED
If a renter needs to move hours that have already been paid for, the same policy regarding Cancellations/Refunds will apply.
