SPACE IS BOOKED ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS
Reservations will be filled in the order in which they are received.
WEEKLY ON-GOING CLASSES MAY BE HELD MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY FROM 7 AM TO 6 PM
AASD has set aside this time to schedule on-going classes. All other times are available for short-term rentals only.
AASD’S RIGHT TO BOOKED SPACE
All efforts will be made to schedule AASD programs at times when the space is not already booked. However, the organization reserves the right to re-schedule renters (at no cost to the renter) in the event that AASD needs the space.
PERMISSION MUST BE GRANTED IN ORDER TO USE THE SPACE
A renter may not at any time use the space without the express permission of and a contract from the Actors Alliance. Abuse of this policy will not be tolerated and will result in banning the renter from using the AASD rental space. AASD also reserves the right to deny use of the space to any individual or organization that does not adhere to the space rental procedures.
