Musical Theatre Academy
Actors Alliance of San Diego is launching a new Musical Theatre Academy program this summer for Advanced Middle School and High School students. The program will run for 1 week July 8-12 from 10 am-4 pm. All students will participate in Acting, Voice and Dance Classes with top teaching Artists in the morning to prepare for a “Mock Audition” that will take place at the conclusion of the program for local directors, casting agents and theatre owners. Students will spend the afternoon participating in Master Classes and private coaching sessions in their “specialty” (voice, acting or dance) with local professionals, directors, choreographers and Casting Directors. The program will conclude with a showcase for family and friends.

Musical Theatre Intensive
Actors Alliance of San Diego announces its fourth annual Musical Theatre Intensive training program for Middle School and High School students. The program is a two-week intensive training program for students who have a serious desire to pursue future careers in musical theater. Each week students spent 30 hours studying and training in all aspects of Musical Theatre with some of the top Teaching Artists in San Diego. Students will participate in Acting, Voice and Dance classes daily, as well as in rehearsals for Give Our Regards to Broadway, that they will perform for families, friends and the public at the conclusion of the program. Students will leave the program with a coached monologue, song, new headshot and resume. The program runs Monday through Friday July 15-26 from 9am-3pm with a performance on Saturday July 27th at 12pm.
